AMCASE strives to manufacture casework products which are environmentally friendly and superior in construction.

Products:

• Meet Composite Panels Association standard CPA 1-06 EPP defined by Federal Executive Order #13101.
• Casework is also Urea Formaldehyde free, meeting more stringent specifications than ANSI A208.1-199 and ANSI A208.2-2002 standards.
• Materials have a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment.
• Recovered fiber or a combination of both.
• Casework product are made up of ‘post consumer’ and ‘post industrial’ recycled fiber.
• Products have a 20 plus year life.
• Steel to steel fastening system allows for 100% of our case work to have replaceable parts.
• Products can be refurbished instead of ending up in a landfill.

Manufacturing

• Currently in process of changing all edge band material to ABS to match standard finishes. ABS is known to have no hazardous ingredients or carcinogens.
• Meet Composite Panels Association standard CPA 1-06 EPP defined by Federal Executive Order #13101
• Internal packaging, external cartons and more than 90% of our casework is recyclable
• All manufacturing is done with CNC computer numeric controlled machinery with OSHA approved dust collection.
• Waste materials are captured and used to produce electrical power.
• Waste scraps are turned over to a waste management company for recycling.
